This is hilarious! Annabelle?? What a normal-sounding name, and yet it’s perfect.
I hesitated to name Candystriper, honesty as she's one of my longest-running characters, I haven't named her properly until today, so I'm glad that Annabelle worked. It just felt right. So to speak.
It strikes the perfect balance of normal-sounding-but-could-be-the-name-of-a-sociopath.
