Well, this was a week.
Writing went mostly by the board, as you might’ve noticed since my usual Friday fiction story didn’t come out until earlier today. The short version of the reason why is that I find myself short of a day job at the moment. I hope to have one again shortly; in the meantime, the show goes on as they say, so I do intend to have the next episode of 2.17 Seconds Into Never online tomorrow. (Personally, I think the whole thing is Meg Atomic’s fault; clearly she resented being erased from existence. Oops.)

Writing Update
I have to say, I did rather like the post earlier this week that introduced the Pinball, Edison City’s newest hero, and it seems more than a few of you did as well. You may be asking yourself if I’m, to borrow a phrase from Marvel, “putting together a team”, what with a serial focusing on Meg Atomic, another on Captain Happily Married, this new story about the Pinball, not to mention existing groups like the Wombat and his friends or Aubrey and her associates. The answer is….mayyyybe. Or maybe not. Who knows? Let’s face it, I’m spitballing this whole endeavor, you know?
I did have an idea about a podcast where I attempt to read a classic short story in a pirate voice. Maybe The Tell-Tale Heart? What’d you think, anyone?
